Alison Fleury

Alison Fleury is the Senior Vice President for Business Development for Sharp HealthCare. She joined Sharp in 1991 and has held several system wide financial leadership positions, including vice president of finance. Ms. Fleury was promoted to her current position in 1997, where she is responsible for Sharp’s strategic planning and financing initiatives, as well as the purchase and sale of health-related businesses and the formation of partnership arrangements involving physicians and other healthcare organizations. Prior to joining Sharp, Ms. Fleury was a manager and firm-designated health care specialist of Deloitte & Touche, an international public accounting and consulting firm. Ms. Fleury is a past president of the San Diego-Imperial Chapter of Healthcare Financial Management Association and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Sharp Health Plan. Fleury is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California. She has received Six Sigma Green Belt and Change Agent certifications from Sharp HealthCare, and is the Baldrige Category 2 Lead for the organization.

A San Diego native, Ms. Fleury received her Bachelor of Science from San Diego State University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and received the Outstanding Accounting Graduate Award.
