Nikki Vogt

Nikki Vogt has over 15 years of experience with an emphasis in the life science and technology industries. She has an extensive background in serving multi-national public companies as well as smaller private and growth entities. She has also served as a subject-matter specialist for internal controls work being performed for public companies and revenue recognition. The focus of Nikki’s career in life science and technology has extended from the mentoring phase (including review of materials and presentations in order for companies to obtain financing) through the growth life cycle including late rounds of venture capital financing, international expansion, registration statements and finally to ongoing public company compliance.

Ms. Vogt attended the University of Florida where she received her Bachelors and Masters degrees in accounting. She also competed on the Gator volleyball team, which won the SEC Championship three times during her tenure and advanced to the Final Four in both her junior and senior seasons while earning SEC All Academic honors in all four years.
